As long as you don't use spore, than yes, rattata can kill a breelom.

 

It is simple, give it a focus sash.

 

During the first turn, the F.E.A.R. Pokémon will use Endeavor, and the opponent will most likely use an offensive attack to try to defeat the F.E.A.R. Pokémon (assuming, of course, that the opponent isn't aware of this strategy). The F.E.A.R. Pokémon would indeed faint, if it were not holding the Focus Sash, which allows the user to hold on to 1 HP after a hit which would otherwise knock it out from max-HP. When the Pokémon uses Endeavor, the HP of the opponent's Pokémon will equal the HP of its own (which is now, assuming Focus Sash triggered, equal to 1). During the following turn, the F.E.A.R. Pokémon can use Quick Attack to wipe out the remaining 1 HP of the opponent's Pokémon. Focus Sash will not work twice, so a Pokémon can only use this strategy once.

 

The FEAR pokemon can be Ratata, then Rattata wins.

 

And stats alone Arceus is better than mewtwo and MEwtwos stats are equal to

Lugia

Ho-ho

Rayquaza

Dialga

Palkia

Girantina

 

 

At face value Mewtwo is far from strongest and if you add strategies he's even less.

 

Since a Lv 100 Mewtwo still can't beat a lv 1 Ratata holding Focus sash and used the Endeavor TM.

A Breloom is plenty powerful, however a Rattata can be just as much.

 

I look up everything before I make an opinion.

 

Breloom can beat Rattata with the Focus Spore strategy but it's a bit of a waste of time at face value making it unlikely that it would be used unless someone was aware of the trick.

 

Banette or whatever can stop Breelom because as a ghost neither focus punch nore spore would work.

 

This limits your movelist to two while Banette has 4 moves he can use, including Will o wisp which can burn Breelom and lower attack (as a side effect of the burn), so Breelom would be in a diffucult position.

 

It might win still but so could Banette.

 

 

And I counted Base State Totals: MEwtwo's is 680, the second highest base stat total.

 

However the position is hardly exclusive.

 

(F.E.A.R is a strategy which allows low level pokemon to beat high levels, it's almost impossible to defeat unless you know of it, then it is easy to beat)

Spore/Substitute/MachPunch, all common moves on Breloom instantly screw over LV2 Rattata. And of course, we're assuming that you some how managed to get get Rattata into game without breaking the Focus Sash what with Hail/SS/SteathRock/Spikes/TSpikes Plauging the game. Everyone knows the Rattata trick and it can be easily avoided unless ou're a total retard. Hell, if you're bad enough to let it get you down to 1 Hp then just switch out when it tries to use Quick Attack and kill it with a different Pokemon. Everyone also knows about Breloom, the difference is it's not easy to counter and it's extremely powerful and can be used multiple times instead of being a one time/trick poney

What the hell are you talking about? Spore works on Ghost types just as much as any other Pokemon. The fact that Banette will most likely run Insomnia is why Spore wouldn't work. Aside from that, NO ONE USES BANETTE IN OU. It is also obviously that you didn't pay attention to the Toxic Orb/Poison Heal Item/Ability combination Breloom so often runs, making it immune to status not to mention it can Sub to avoid them anyway and proceed to break its frail bones with Stone Edge or Seed Bomb.

Mewtwo is not the best Pokemon but it is certainly one of; 2nd highest SpA and Spe sitting at the 5th highest Spe tier both stats out pacing your beloved Arceus. Mewtwo has a huge movepool, only slightly out matched by Mew even. Not to mention it has incredible bulk.

 

Here is the official statement/opinion on Mewtwo.

 

"Mewtwo, also known as the classic “God” of Pokémon, is certainly no slouch. Its offensive stats are hard to compare with other Pokémon, and it’s much bulkier than Deoxys-A. Mewtwo might have to share its throne with said Deoxys-A and other powerful threats; however, Mewtwo has a lot going for it with its “perfectly placed” stats and vast movepool. “Fear” is the one thing you should think about when facing a Mewtwo."

 

Everybody talks about 1 Pokemon versus 1 other Pokemon. That's not how battles work.

MEwtwo is powerful, he's just not the most.

 

Shadow was saying he was.

 

Breelom works better, Rattata is just allot faster.

 

Since Breelom only works very well at level 45 or so.

 

Once Breelom reaches that it can beat most people of equal level, but some are still stronger, I don't know who but if thier wasn't then Breelom would have been heavily nerfed in generation IV.

 

 

Maybe Fear is not the greatest strategy but it is still a strategy that works.

Do you like Pikachu? (please be honest): Not particularly, the whole cute mascot thing never appeals to me. Plus it's a bad Pokemon in battle, Light Orb goes some way to give good offensive strength but low speed and Bad Move Pool/Type Coverage let it down. I don't hate the thing, more like "nothing" it. But I'm joining the club because it's a Pokemon community and I'm very into that; what with being in the top 5 Pokemon WiFi Players on YCM.

 

Topic: I've just said that it's Breloom. High attack stat and killer Move Pool make it one of the best Pokemon in OU.

FEAR is in my opinion, a strategy that people try out or use for fun or to really try and piss people off. It also shows that it doesn't matter what Pokemon you use, it's how you use them, but pretty much only in that case, because if you put up a Fire Pokemon versus a Water/Ground or something like that you're screwed. I personally am more of a Hypnosis user.

 

Also what are your opinions on the new 5th Gen. Pokemon, Zorua and Zoroark?

 

Something completely off topic; I googled you Pikachu and you were the fifth link to pop up. Lol. xD
