I took some EVs out of SpA (because I have Nasty Plot) and put them into HP. So I am guaranteed to survive a Mach Punch with 25%+ HP, so I can use Sub. So Hitmonchan isn't a problem. And he will never be close enough to attack me. I keep him as far away from me as possible, and I have two Houndoom guards that can survive Mach Punches as well.

 

And while I don't like killing Dragon-types, I may have to. Don't test me. I recently recruited a SpecsLatias to my force, and her Draco Meteor hits hard.
