Balanced, helpful but some some OCG errors. Let me try to say what: instead of 'this' you could say 'the following' also maybe put it a line lower. so it might look like this...

This card cannot attack directly."

Tell me if the cannot attack directly bit was supposed to be part of the effect. I have one question, if i have, like three monsters and 2 face up continuous spell and/or traps, how much damage would I take? 3000 or 15000? Just asking... Oh and maybe lower it to 400 Life Points.

You can take out the last effect since Spells and Traps cannot attack. Pic is good and so is the effect. 8/10

It doesn't effect Spell and Trap cards but will effect union cards that are monsters which are treated as another card and vice versa, like spell and trap cards that can be treated as monsters like Zoma Spirit.

There is one problem I found, which was previously stated, if I have 5 monsters, you flip your monster, do I lose 3000 life points once, or do I just lose. Try and find a way to fix that, but otherwise great! 7/10, 9/10 if you find a way to fix the problem.
