Effect: As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot change the positions of Monster Cards. Increase the ATK of this card by 100 points for every Machine-Type Monster Card in either players Graveyard. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, increase the DEF of all Machine-Type monsters you control by 400 points. When this card is targeted by your opponents Spell or Trap Card, toss a coin. Head: Negate the effect. Tail: Pay 300 Life Points.
