aaronpoe1988
Speed Deckout. Long ago, my favorite deck, my original moment of pride in the TCG, came from the realization that Card Destruction chained to with Serial Spell while my opponent had 14 or more cards in their hand was instant victory; OTK Deckout. It has been quite some time since I have been able to run any variation on that win condition, but I think the time has come to try again. Give me feedback, people; I need either this deck or the next one I post to be able to take a NYC regionals against the likes of Team Overdose. If you are helpful, I will be no slouch in your time of need. :) Deck: 41 Monsters: 18 3x Kuraz the Light Monarch3x Des Koala3x Stealth Bird3x Destiny Hero - Defender3x Neo-Spacian Glow Moss1x Sangan1x Morphing Jar1x Marshmallon Spells: 13 1x Card Destruction3x Hand Destruction3x Cup of Ace2x Serial Spell1x Premature Burial1x Monster Reborn2x Book of Moon Traps: 10 3x Appropriate3x The Gift of Greed2x Pole Position2x Dark Bribe Please, be as constructive as possible, and if you can, play test it for a minute. ~poe. 7/28/08Deck was used in Tournament yesterday. Click on the Link in my Sig for the tourney report. the following is the deck as was there, and as is now: Monsters: 183x Kuraz the Light Monarch3x Legendary Jujitsu Master3x Des Koala1x Sangan1x Morphing Jar2x Neo Spacian Glow Moss3x Destiny Hero - Defender 2x Cyber Valley Spells: 111x Card Destruction3x Hand Destruction3x Cup of Ace2x Serial Spell1x Premature Burial1x Monster Reborn Traps: 113x Appropriate3x Disturbance Strategy2x The Gift of Greed3x Fake Trap Side Deck:2x Chainsaw Insect3x Needle Worm2x Hiro's Shadow Scout1x Marshmallon1x Winged Kuribo2x Book of Moon3x Deck Lockdown1x Ultimate Offering This version of the deck was surprisingly fun. However, I did get some ridiculously bad hands, and they weren't even card based! I drew 3 Cup of Ace in a starting hand once, and in my match against the only Gladiator Deck I had to play, I didn't draw an Appropriate at all in game 1. Also, in game 3 of another round, I had burned through 34 cards, and hadn't drawn a single Serial Spell. *shakes head* What can we do to improve? ~Poe. Aesirson
Where's Needle Wormand Morphing Jar #2?
aaronpoe1988
To KST80:-Morphing Jar # 2 would be completely counter-productive in both this deck, as I can't afford to get a random monster while losing random Spells that could very well be required for my win condition. Needle Worm is completely unecessary as well, an while not AS counter productive, it would normally activate on my oppnent's turn, giving my opponent a HUGE advantage in the current metagame, especially if I couldn't game them afterward. Note, deckout is not about sending things from the Deck to the Graveyard, and if that's all it means to you, you do not understand the way this Deck works enough to critique it. Deckout = drawing when there is nothing left to draw. I would much rather make the opponent draw, with me drawing 2 cards each time as well (appropriate), then game them with a Card Destruction that can't hurt me. Think about it. Give me more feed back if you understand. Next?

Its almost exactly what your asking for, just not putting into play. http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/showthread.php?tid=44842

aaronpoe1988
to Nate: Thank you for expediting the process. However, the All-Out Attacks concept is prone to ridiculously dead draws, requires a lot of filler, and needs to be only 4 monsters in order to maximize efficency once the combo actually starts. I tinkered with it, but I don't like it. I would much prefer to summon kuraz and the like, give the opponent 2 cards, then draw two cards, and continue to use my two extra cards to that end. (Cup of ace Glow moss, hand destruction, gift of greed, Dark bribe when they try to take out Appropriate, etc.), then Card D and Serial Spell for a fast game on my turn. remember, atleast 14 cards in hand means dranig atleast 28 with Card. D. and Serial Spell. that is always going to be game. And every time the opponent draws something other than that time, they are making the number of cards I need them to have in hand smaller and smaller. At the beginning of the game, it's 14. Once they have 5 cards either in the Graveyard or on the field, it becomes 12 cards in hand to Deckout. have they used 10 cards already? If so, 10 cards in hand is more than enough. With all the cards that make us both draw 2, it shouldn't be too hard to load the opponent's Graveyard while maintaining their hand, or loading their hand period. If I owned Magical Stone Excavation I'd consider it, but alas I do not. So, any other suggestions? How do you think this could be improved, Nate? iAmNateXero
Im looking at the presnt state of your deck, and its like alot of burn power in there for no reason. (Except Des koala, thats understandable.) But your wasting space with Stelth bird. For your combo or strategy, why not use Chainsaw Insect? Its new ruling causes your opponent to draw, WHENEVER it does battle. Thats a plus when it comes to what your trying to achieve. Also, after duel 2, i would probably use something to keep cards in your opponents hand. I say this because after your first victory, they know what your planning, and since the monsters aren't too summon able, some of the time, they can always just set spell & Traps, so i would use Giant trunade. But that can be more Side than main i guess. Also, glow moss is too situational as well, most people just blow cards up, i would probably switch out for 3 Wave-Motion Cannon. This way, there wont be any dancing around. 8-4 turns to pull off combo, or your opponent dies. Best Case scenario.
aaronpoe1988
Well, marshmallon was just cause i like it better than spirit reaper or the fool for this deck. Stealth bird was to help me lower the life points so that if I have to win in battle, pecking, I can. Because of pole position, I usually am very good at learing away a couple of opponent's cards. Same as kuraz. I didn't know that about chainsaw though. I'm gonna look that up, and if it's true, i'm using it. :) Glow moss is actually left over from the previous version of the deck that used Limit Reverse. I just was unsure what to drop it for. Bounce is a good idea, though... I'm thinking penguin soldier, or nightmare penguin, or gravekeeper's guard... hm... THanks, man. Good luck at your tourny; I haave one doen the block in 8 minuntes. PEACE! ~Poe.

aaronpoe1988
Tonisanoob: Hehe. I have no idea what you're talking about. Gift of Greed is the second-best card in the entire game, second only to The Baron of the Fiend Sword. Shadow37Ninja: Why, thank you. And my sincerest apologies for the ineptitude of your companions. This deck still can be improved, though. Because I haven't won Worlds with it. :) Any other advice?
KornKing153
Why no messanger of peace or leval limit area B or gravity bind. Why no threatning roar or wabaku? But amazing deck is amazing.
