It can easily summon 2 monsters, which are beatsticks with only 2 Overcasters in your hand! I'll lower their ATK and DEF to 700, but that's as low as I go. At the most, a player would have 3 Overcasters in their hand, and that would bring the token up to Cyber Dragon level.
