I think that's short For Microsoft Paint. That is almost the only banner that can be made with MSP. If it were a real banner maker, it'd be alot better.

Umm a site is a generator. And you can use a frigin ART PROGRAM! And nice going, deleating those negs you gave me, so you wouldn't get in trouble with the mods for rep-spaming. (If it was a mod who deleated the reps, then thankyou, unknown member)
