All of my fanfics have failed so far, so I tried to do a new one.

 

The name of the fanfic is Yu-Gi-Oh! 4G Revolution! as the title suggests, and this is Season 1, so far I have 17 episodes planned out.

The main idea of this season is to introduce the characters etc.

 

So without further a due, let it begin!

Aero awoke with a fright. He had had a nightmare about him dueling a guy wearing a mask, the duel had ended with Aero losing and getting sent to a place called the “Shadow Realm”. But just as he had been sucked up in a hole that lead to the “Shadow Realm” he had woken up.

That was wierd , it was like the pain was real…He shuddered. Oh well, it doesn’t matter anymore, it was just a dream, or a nightmare.

He got out of bed and went down stairs to get some breakfast.

 

Aero had just gotten out of the washroom after having a shower and brushing his teeth when the phone rang.

“Hello,” he said.

“Hey, it’s Eric!” his friend Eric replied.

“Oh, hey what’s up?” Aero asked.

“Wanna hang out at my place?” Eric asked cheerfully.

“Sure, I’ll be right over there!” Aero hung up the phone, picked up his duel disk and flew out the door.

Eric’s house wasn’t far, it was just a block or 2. All Aero had to do was cross the soccer field, go past the playground and he would be there.

 

Ding-Dong, the doorbell rang.

Eric ran down the stairs to answer the door.

As soon as he had opened the door, Aero was already inside.

Eric glanced down at Aero’s arm where his duel disk was.

“I knew you would bring that!” Eric laughed.

“Why wouldn’t I?” Aero was quick to reply.

Aero knew that Eric had invited him over so they could duel.

“I’ll be right back, I just have to get my duel disk,” his voice drifted off as he went upstairs.

Eric was back after a few seconds .

“Let’s go downstairs, there’s lots of room down there.” Eric suggested.

 

They both activated their duel disks. The duel disks were just normal standard ones (custom ones costed WAY too much).

Their Life Point meters both went up to 4000 and the duel began!

“Since it’s my house, I think I’ll go first!” Eric shouted.

 

Turn 1

 

Eric drew a card and summoned “Mother Grizzly” (1400/1000).

A huge black bear with giant claws and teeth was now standing on the field.

“I also activate the Field Spell Card “A Legendary Ocean”.

Holographic water splashed all throughout the room, going up to the two boy’s knees.

A huge building also began to erupt out of the water.

Mother Grizzly’s ATK and DEF went up by 200. (1600/1200).

“End Turn”

 

“All right then, my turn! Draw!” Aero shouted over the growling of Mother Grizzly.

“I think I’ll summon [Cyber Samurai #1] (1600/1400)”!

A samurai with long black hair in a pony tail that went down to his butt, wearing a robe with a sash around the waist stood broadly on the field.

“And now I activate the spell card [Cyber Call], it lets me summon another Cyber monster.”

He chose to summon [Cyber Samurai #2] (1500/1500), a samurai with black gaunlets that covered the hands and went p to the shoulders, with white hair about the same length as the other samurai.

Suddenly, [Cyber Samurai#1]’s ATK rose to 1800. While [Cyber Samurai #2]’s DEF rose to 1700.

“Now you know what’s coming next, [Cyber Samurai #1] attacks “Mother Grizzly!”

The green samurai pulled a sword out of it’s sheath, jumped up and slashed “Mother Grizzly” in half.

Eric groaned as his life points dropped to 3800.

“But I can use my effect! And I choose to summon “Amphibious Bugroth MK-3” (1500-1700/1300-1500).” Eric glowed.

“I’m done with my turn” Aero said lazily.

 

Turn 2

Aero - 4000

Eric - 3800

 

Eric drew his card, looked at it and made a huge grin!

“I summon “Mermaid Knight” (1500-1700/700-900)! Now you’re done!”

“I choose to attack with” Mermaid Knight” first!”

The Mermaid dived into the water and came out right in front of [Cyber Samurai#2], it slashed diagonally at the samurai.

Aero clenched his teeth as he lost 200 LP. (Now at 3800).

“But that’s not all! Because [Cyber Samurai #2] was destroyed, your other Samurai’s ATK goes down to 1600 again! And because opf “Mermaid Knight’s” effect. She can attack another time!”

The mermaid did the same maneuver as last time to destroy Aero’s other samurai.

Aero’s LP was now at 3700.

“And bow, my Bugroth attacks you directly!”

“NO!!!” Aero groaned.

Aero’s LP dropped down to 2000.

“End of my turn.”

 

Aero gritted his teeth as he drew a card out of his deck slot.

Aero finished gritting his teeth after he saw the card he had drawn.

“I activate the spell card [Cyber Reborn], it lets me summon a monster that has been removed from play to the field! And I choose [Cyber Samurai #1], but he won’t be here for long! Because I sacrifice him to summon [Cyber Destroyer - Robot Soldier] (2200/2000).”

His samurai disappeared, and in it’s place a giant robot holding a gun appeared.

“And now I use [Cyber Beck], it lets me switch any monsters on the field into any positions I choose, and I think I’m going to switch your 2 monsters into DEF position. Now my robot, attack “Mermaid Knight”.”

The robot slowly lifted up it’s machine gun up and shot “Mermaid Knight”.

“Were you wondering why I switched your monsters to DEF? It’s because of my monster’s effect! It deals damage to you equal to the difference between it’s ATK and your monster’s DEF!”

“Dammit!” Eric shouted as he watched his life point meter drop to 2500.

“And that’s it.” Aero said.

 

Turn 3

Aero - 2000

Eric - 2500

 

Eric drew his card.

He has no more cards in his hand, that means he won’t be able to do much on his next turn…

“First of all, I switch “Amphibious Bugroth MK-3” back into ATK mode. And I will get it to attack you directly!”

The bug-shaped machine floated into the air and let out a barrage of missiles which hit Aero head on.

Aero’s LP fell down to 300.

He set one monster to end his turn.

 

Aero drew his card, it was [Cyber Soldier] (1400/1200).

Not what I was hoping for, but it’ll have to do.

“I’ll summon [Cyber Soldier], and attack your bugroth with my Robot Destroyer!”

The machine exploded as Robot destroyer shot it.

Eric was now at 2000 LP.

“I’ll take a chance to and attack your face down monster.”

Cyber Soldier darted over towards the set monster. The card flipped over revealing a fish the size of Eric’s house! It was “Space Mambo” (1700/1000).

“Turn… end”

 

Turn 4

Aero - 2000

Eric - 2000

 

Eric pulled his card out and took a quick glance at it.

“I set one monster and end my turn.”

 

Aero drew a card.

“The duel’s almost over, and it will end with you losing!” Aero joked.

“Because I attack your face-down monster with Robot Destroyer!”

The card flipped over, with this time a Sting Ray appeared, “Creeping Doom Manta” (1300/1200).

It was quickly destroyed, lowering Eric’s LP to 1100.

“And the end…My [Cyber Soldier] attacks you directly…”

Chapter 2 - Mala Suerte

It was the day after the Aero and Eric had dueled, and they were in the park.

“What do you wanna do?” Eric asked Aero.

“I have no idea.”

“Want to duel?”

“Nah, that duel yesterday was good enough.”

They both had their duel disks, they carried them pretty much everywhere incase they were challenged to a duel.

They walked over to the side of the lake, they were bored. It was like this a lot of days.

Aero stared as his reflection, he had brownish-red hair with hazlenut eyes.

He glanced over at Eric’s reflection too. Eric had black hair that was short at the back but he had long bangs at the front, his eyes were the brightest blue, they were almost white.

“Hey.” Aero heard a voice, almost a whisper, from behind him.

He looked back and saw a person wearing a long black cloak with a hood covering his face.

“What do you want?” Aero called back.

“A duel… For your life…” he whispered coldly.

“Wha-” he was cut off by Eric yelling.

Aero turned around to see Eric being sucked into a hole that had suddenly appeared in front of him.

“Eric!” Aero screamed as Eric disappeared into the hole. The hole shut and closed.

Aero turned to glare over at the hooded stranger. “What did you do?” he said coldly while glaring.

“It wasn’t my doing, probably my partner…” he trailed off, again whispering.

“And you wanted a duel? Well, before that; who are you?” Aero said still glaring.

The stranger lifted his hood revealing a mask. The mask was red and covered his entire face, down to under his nose.

“You don’t need to know my name, just call me X.”

Aero just barely heard him. His whisper was icy and cold and it gave Aero the creeps.

The masked man, X, lifted his arm up and pulled down this long sleeve. Suddenly a duel disk appeared out of nowhere onto his arm. He activated it and his life point meter shot up to 4000.

“Activate your duel disk.”

Aero took out his deck and slowly put it into his deck gauge. He activated his duel disk.

“Time to duel!” Aero shouted.

 

That was just part 1 of episode 2, I will try to post the duels tomorrow!

Well, they're running Mermaid Knight... and Mother Grizzly... and Amphibious Bugroth MkIII. When they could be running Treeborn... and Grand Mole... and Gyzarus. It's surprisingly easy to write anime with meta-level decks.

Eric basically uses the Fury from the Deep deck because I'm familiar with it and know it's strategies.

While Aero uses a made up deck made by me named "Cyber Revolution".

 

Chapter 2 Preview!

Chapter 2 - Mala Suerte

 

It was the day after the Aero and Eric had dueled, and they were in the park.
