Well, the picture needs to be cropped better and don't use a white background.

But it has an interesting effect, though there are some OCG errors. I would restrict the monsters that can be Special Summoned to one Attribute, like DARK.

Well, right now, its an Ignition Effect that can be activated as many times as you want during your Main Phase.

 

So, right now, this card is overpowered.

Say at the beginning "When this monster is Summoned successfully". Using the effect once per turn would make it overpowered.

I know the picture sucks but it's supposed to be tempting for your opponent, I can rise it to 2000. They get LP your get cards. I can also just let your special summon 1 card but then it's up'd it's only 1500 or less ATK
