Illusions of Reality {4/50}

This set utilizes a new subtype of monsters called Illusion monsters. These monsters cannot be Normal Summoned, but they can be Set or Special Summoned instead. Most cannot be selected as Attack Targets, and instead of being destroyed are removed from play once certain conditions are met. They are cyan in colour.

First comes a booster I made myself. I ripped the symbols from this picture, ripped the magic circle from here and rendered and recolored Wall of Illusion. This is my first proper booster pack, actually.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned. You can Special Summon this card instead of conducting your Normal Summon for the turn. This card is treated as a Normal Monster and cannot be selected as an Attack Target. When a monster from your side of the field is sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle, put a Rebirth Counter on this card (max. 3). Remove 3 Rebirth Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 "Angel Token" (Fairy-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 2000) in Defense Position and remove this card from play.

This card can only be equipped to an Illusion monster. As long as the equipped monster remains face-up on the field, the effects of cards that target the equipped monster are negated. If another Illusion monster on your side of the field is attacked, you may Release the equipped monster to negate the attack. When this card is is sent to the Graveyard as the result of a card effect, the equipped monster is removed from play.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned. You can Special Summon this card instead of conducting your Normal Summon for the turn, but Tributes are needed for monsters of Level 5 or higher. This card is treated as a Normal Monster and cannot be selected as an Attack Target. As long as this card is on the field, every time your opponent attacks with a Beast/Beast-Warrior-Type monster, he/she must flip a coin. If tails, negate the attack. At the end of the turn, show your hand to your opponent and put 1 Spell Counter on this card for each Spell and Trap Card in your hand. When there are 6 Spell Counters on this card, remove this card and all other Illusion monsters on your side of the field from play.

interesting' date=' but the green seems a bit bright. :P you could always lower that...

Anywho, I like the idea but I am not jumping out of my seat for it, you know?

I would rate it an 8.3/10.

Thanks anyway, I myself do not consider it that great as the effect is messed up because of hurrying. I'll take blue as a color next time :p

I like the first recoloring' date=' and the idea of an Illusion Monster, but don't use italisize (not sure how to spell that) your work, you know, [i']like this. Without that, I think this would be a good style of monster.

Oh, actually I intended to make a set, so I felt very lazy too do all that :p

To cover that up, I put the line that they would be treated as normal monsters.

Thanks for the comments, everyone.

Oh, one thing: italicize I think that's how it's spelt.

So these "Illusion" monsters' basic effect is that they are treated as Normal Monters & cannot be attacked

And they can only be set or normal summoned ^_^

Enchantress ?

0ops' date=' you got me there ^_^;

But personally I think Enchanter is stll better...

I love it! But, wouldn't it be Water

Nope, WATER is an Attribute while Aqua is a type ^_^

EDIT: New card added, please look! ^_^
