Now I've been moderating in more than one forum and each time I ban someone then they get un banned after a few months or weeks they always say this:

 

Ok there is one thing you should know....................... (Bad stuff about you)

 

Anyway I'm asking you Moderators Super moderators Or if there is a Global moderator here. No no globals. Anyway do you get these silly Private Messages?

 

And What do you do after you get them?[/align]

Well, I personally have never gotten a PM like that, so I don't really know what I would do :P

Anyway. Another thing that bothers me is when they send you "Stupid Questions" like:

 

"Why did you ban me?"

 

Eh you broke my toilet thats why, yeah you did a awful toilet mistake so I had to ban you.......

 

I mean seriously why do they ask?

Well if I don't answer them I will get like 13 or 14 PM's from their friends and brothers family.......... Anyway I mean they did break some rules but at least they have to accept it not send "Stupid Questions" or "Useless PM's"

Sometimes, it isnt always obvious.

 

Many members do not read the rules, so when they break them and are banned for breaking them, they are really unaware of the reasons.

Maybe this forum is different but before we ban him in other forums we send a PM with the threads then we give them a few minutes to look at their mistakes then finally comes the banning part.

We just issue a ban.

But after that comes the weird part. After a few weeks they come back:

 

"What did I do wrong? I will be happy to be your friend, help you, not break any rule, etc"

 

And then I have to do the harsh part:

 

"Eh you do realize I always ban you for a reason (Goes and take out the threads)" You show them then you start talking about something else like:

 

"Your asking dumb questions, I should not be promoting these dumb questions and reply to your PM, I should be ignoring your PM's but since I'm a nice person I won't. And don't reply to me by saying "OK"

 

"OK"

 

I mean long story short, he just PM spammed, that deserves 2 weeks ban, and ask stupid questions which mostly pisses you off.

is becuase those whom are tupid enough to get banned, only want a reason to fight with you >_>

If you want to ask, don't ask in public. This is called "SECRET". I will give you an example.

Forum inspectors are like secret moderators but they are out all or most of the time inspecting these forums so this is another example and if you do something wrong you can be caught.

You, being a Super, I'm sure if you really wanted (which I'm sure not many people would, because, well, nobody cares lol) you could use the ACP to check :/

You see I know a lot about BB and IPB forums, there are things like Global Society. This is were all global mods from every forum go to discuss things. And I can a sure you that there are more ethan 30 meetings a day. Lets take the inspector society for instant, this society is nearly or totally weird. Thats what I can say but there are more than this.
