Well, I really liked it. Although their is a small typo. In the anime allowed for AMV's, you wrote SOS Haruhi instead of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Although the member with the afformentioned name is quite famous on this site, it would help if you clarifyed the shows name.

I thought the show was called SOS Haruhi.

Great Show tonight!

I loved the AMV and the Paris Hiltonvideo was funny.

Ladies and Gentleman, here is your host, Star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone and welcome to the third episode of YCM Nightly. The first thing I gotta say is wow. This show has become incredibly popular, and I really appreciate all of your comments, and everything else you had to say about the video. Let's get a quick overview of tonight's show.

Tonight we've got a Nightly Discussion with Swift. Yes, that's right, we've changed the name of "interviews" to "Nightly Discussions". It just sounds better in my opinion, and Rei wanted me to spice things up a bit, so that's my attempt at it.

We've also got a very special guest that will be appearing on tonight's show. Tonight, we'll also be taking some "phone calls" from members of YCM!! How awesome is that?

Anyway, I promised a review of The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, and I intend to keep that promise. Let's get this show on the road!

Alright, after watching the trailer I've gotta say that this movie looks incredible. I've seen The Mummy Returns, but I've never seen The Mummy. However, I don't think that not seeing the first one will make the third one any less awesome. It's in theaters August 1st, 2008, which is tomorrow for me, but it's already August 1st in some parts of the world. Would I recommend this movie? Absolutely. Even though I've never seen it, it looks great. There aren't a lot of movies that bring you awesome action and awesome comedy, but I have a feeling that this one will.

Ok, we've gotten past the movie review for tonight's show, and ~Raven~'s got something she'd like to say, so let's check it out!

Yesterday while taking care of children one of them saw a pile of Yugioh cards, which belong to me, on the desk and started shouting : « The teacher plays this shitty Yugioh thing ! » As a sidenote, those children are around 8, so it surprised me even more. Just imagine me being elated about a children’s card game and those kids kind of making fun of it lol. Of course no one in my acquaintance circle knows that I like playing it now and then, but I thought 8-year-olds wouldn’t mind. Well far from it lol !
This made me think about the type of discussion I have seen a lot around here abut whether there is an age limit for the TCG. Personally, I don’t think it’s only a children’s card game, but it implies strategic thinking above anything else. So what do you guys think about it ? Is the TCG related to a gender or age?

That's quite an interesting thing that she said to us here. What do you guys think? Does age matter in TCG? Does gender matter in TCG? Me, I think you can be any age, and be a girl or a boy, and it's fine for you to play the game. I mean, I don't understand why people make fun of others for playing a game that requires strategy to play. It's not like we sit around in a circle and worship the cards, we actually play strategically with them (well most of us). Give us your opinions on this matter by posting in the thread and we'll be sure to respond!

There's something I think I should adress while I have some time to do it. As one of YCM's longest running moderators, I think it's fair for me to say that this site needs more moderators. The improvement that we got by adding tea leaf and JesusofChaos to the mod team was good, but I think more still needs to be done. Also, we as a community need to help n00bs improve instead of criticizing them. However, n00bs have to be willing to accept the criticism, or this isn't going to work.

I'd also like to thank Rei for her immense amount of hard work, and her dedication to the show. You've been a really awesome co-host and I still believe that no one would have been a better choice than you. Seriously, thanks for helping this show become as awesome as it is turning out to be! I think everyone should give Rei a virtual round of applause!

There is no official video because Sanguine Sky was never released a s a single (sadly), but this video includes the lyrics, so I don’t have to sing them to you… Lol of course you will never hear me singing, not on this show and not anywhere else !^_^
The lyrics are in English and Portuguese… Wait portuguese ?! Reminds me of Blackwind, a great member and very nice person who left the forum a couple of weeks ago… Sad sad… Just like this song, but I like it so much because it’s so melancholic and has yet got such a catchy tune. So enjoy !^_^

Ouch...not my kind of song. I could tell after the first 20 seconds that it wasn't my kind of song, lol. I'm sure a lot of you liked it, so make sure to let us know how we're doing with all of these songs and stuff.

I'm here with one of YCM's newer members, Swift. Personally, I know nothing about Swift, so I'd like to get some information about her.

Swift: Thanks for having me here, Star!

Star: You're a newer YCM member, but you've already gotten 2000+ posts, which is impressive. What makes you post so fast?

Swift: I RP alot, comment in Showcase and Created Cards, I read fan fics, debates, basically, I'm just a really activate member.

Star: What is your opinion on George Bush?

Swift: Frankly, I think he sucks. I don't think he was the best president we ever had, Star. He raised gas prices. Now, he's lowering them to make him look like a big American Hero. Thank god we have election day.

Star: Would you go hunting with Dick Cheney? Why or why not?

Swift: Cheney, a gun, and me. I'd like to live, thank you very much, Star. ^_^

Star: How did you find YCM?

Swift: Well, being a fan, I wanted to make my own cards. So Google was like a matchmaker for the site and me. I joined a month ago, and here I am, an elite member!

Star: Who is your best friend on the forum and how long have you been friends with them?

Swift: Wow..Tough question. I have so many friends, like Hunter, Mage, SaTuRnPaLaDiN, Proto, Supreme Gamemaster, Ruby, but I have to say that my best friend is J-Max. He was my 2nd friend I met on the site, right behind Frlf, who unfortuanetly left.

Star: Will you be entering our AMV contest?

Swift: Sure, why not. In fact, It'll be my first contest win, Star. ^_^

Star: What kind of music are you interested in?

Swift: So many kinds. But I favor Rock and Religous. Religous is like freedom of speech, and that's deep, you know. And Rock inspires my band's song. Just like, Rock music is how I escape my life.

Star: What do you think of this show, this interview, and do you think this show will continue to be a success?

Swift: Heck yes! In fact, Altair is out there in the audience, thinking This show is already better than YCMagazine.... And with new members, and contenders for fans, joining every minute, I have to wish you good luck, Star.

Bush: I'm glad to be here. It's about time I took a vacation. I mean, can you believe the last vacation I wented on was last Tuesday?

Star: Haha...yeah..you must be stressed.

Bush: You wouldn't believe the amount of stress I go through. I mean, every mornin I gotta drive to Dunkin Donuts and get my 25 pack of Munchkins, then I gotta go give speeches and stuff. Like these people won't even give me a break.

Star: Wow, life for you sounds pretty tough. Alright I've got a question. Who do you think will win this election?

Bush: I think John McCain's gonna be the next president. Wanna know why? He's got all it takes to raise the country's gas prices, raise taxes, and kill more of our country by staying in Iraq fighting a war. I mean, someone's gotta carry on my legacy.

Star: Of course...of course. There's no man quite like you Mr. Bush.

Star: What's your opinion on the current rise in gas prices around the country?

Bush: I think it's ridiculous because I gotta deal with all these people complaining about the gas prices. Can't a president get some time to relax?

Star: Alright, only two questions left for you. If you were stuck in a cave with 20 people, and the opening had been blocked off, how would you get out of the cave?

Bush: Haha...that's a easy one! I'd just add more men to the cave until it collapsed because of so much destruction and chaos going on inside it.

Star: So that would be your exit strategy?

Bush: Come on! Anyone that knows me knows that I don't have any exit strategy!

Star: Well Mr. Bush, it was nice talking to you. I hope we can have you on the show again sometime.

Bush: It was nice meeting you too. I gotta go get a cheeseburger from the nearest McDonald's.

Well, that was quite an interesting interview to say the least. Tonight's TCG Card of the Night is Cyber Dragon, and it's a card that is used in a lot of Decks!
