Lucas Zavor: Lucas is the top student a Ra Yellow. He seems to hold some type of grudge against Max.

 

Aralia Ninca: The most beautiful girl in Slifer Red. Aralia is the girlfriend of Lucas Zavor but has shown feelings for Max which might explain Zavor's Grudges against Max.

 

Trass "Max": Max has a special power to feel whether or not events of the future will end good or bad. He often uses this power to for tell if lunch will be good. He never uses this power while a duel or when watching a duel as he saysit takes the fun out of things.

 

Chancellor Aaron Harpert: Aaron Harpert has taken the mantel as Chancellor after Sherpard retired. Unlike Chancellor Sheppard, Harpert is mean and cruel. Some even suspect he is up to something but at the same time he seems...good.

 

 

[/align][spoiler=Episode 1: Only the Best] Its 5:30 AM at Duel Academy and the sun is just rising. Lucas leaves his dorm and heads for Slifer Red. He looks up at the yellow and orange sky as clouds pass by. At the Slifer Red Dorm Max is on the balcony talking to Aralia.

 

Max: "Its morning like these that make it worth getting up early ya' know." Max looked down at Lucas. "Hey amego how's it goin'?"

 

Lucas: "Aralia come on we got to get down to the card shop early."

 

Aralia: "Coming, I'll see you later Max." Aralia ran down stairs and walked off to the card shop with Lucas.

 

Max: "Is it me or does he just not like me? Naw he's probably just grumpy this morning." Max walked into his dorm and noticed his PDA was ringing. "Hmmm wonder what that could be?" he opened his message that read "You want to prove your skills? Come down to the card shop and you will get the chance." "Guess I should go then." Max grabs his deck box and heads out to the card shop. Many students stand in the card shop including Lucas and Aralia but the owner is not there.

 

Lucas: "Oh great look who got the msg. Come on Aralia lets get out of here."

 

Aralia: "What's your deal with Max? I--" Just then Chancellor Harpert walked into the card shop with a micro phone.

 

Chancellor: "Welcome all, each of you were sent a message by me to come here and I'll explain why. Actually Mr.Kabia will explain." Seto Kabia came from the storage room holding a briefcase. The students whispered among each other in a amazement as Kabia took the floor.

 

Kaiba: "Surprised I don't blame you. It very rare for me to make live appearances like this. Now down to bushiness, I holding a tournament on this island call Players Xtreme. This will be unlike anyother tournament you've see. As I speak parts of the island are being prepared with something big. Each of you will start out with 20,000 Life Points and will not get these points back when you looses them. The only way to regain Life Points is to give them as wagers when your about to duel. Once you've reached 100,000 your in the finals only 10 dualist will be in the finals. The finals will be tag duels.

 

Max: "So awesome." As Kabia continued talking Max thought about what cards he should uses.

 

Lucas (Thinking): "You wont be winning this tournament oh no this victory is mine Max!" In the storage room Chancellor Harpert was speaking to someone.

 

Chancellor: "Yes I know, this tournament will give us the time we need to prepare. I know, listen I need to go now...yes." The Chancellor hangs up and walks outside as Kabia finishes up about the Players Xtreme Tournament. "Every thing is going according to plan." Harpert looked at the suitcase Kabia was holding a walked away.
