Ok, I'll enter the perfect card for a contest like this. Brace yourselves. :D

You can only control 1 "Ultimate Saiyan Son Goku" at a time. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) During each of your Standby Phases place 1 Charge Counter on this card. This card cannot declare an attack while it has 1 or more Charge Counters. During your Main Phase, when this card has 17 Charge Counters on it, you can remove all Charge Counters from this card. If you use this effect, you win the Match.

 

 

It doesn't get any more appropriate than that. :D

Effect 1: If a Monster with a higher ATK attacks this card, this card is dissapears from Field till the end of this Battlephase. It also ends the oppentments Battlephase. This Monster cannot be destroyed by the effect of Trap or Spellcards.

Effect 2: If you equip "Sword of a different Dimension" to this card, it destroys all face down Spell or Trapcards every turn.

Effect: If you Summoned this monster by a card effect, this monster gains 500 ATK and DEF until the End Phase. Once per turn, during your End Phase, you can place 1 Kaio Ken Counter on this monster. If this monster has 6 or more Kaio Ken Counters on it, and a monster you control (Except this card) is selected as an attack target, remove all Kaio Ken Counters from this card. Remove the targeted monster from play until your next Standby Phase and destroy the attacking monster.

Effect: This monster cannot be Summoned by a card effect. This monster cannot be destroyed by battle by a level 4 or lower monster. Once per turn during your Standby Phase, you can Summon 1 "Spirit Ball Token" (Thunder-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) to your field. Spirit Ball Tokens cannot be selected as an attack target or be released for an Advance Summon. During your Battle Phase if you control 4 Spirit Ball Tokens, you can release the Tokens and destroy 1 monster your opponent controls with the highest ATK. You cannot attack with this monster the turn this effect was activated. If this monster is removed from the field, destroy all Spirit Ball Tokens.

Effect: This monster cannot be Advance Summoned. This monster can only be Summoned by removing 2 Warrior-Type monsters you control from play. This monster is unaffected by the effects of Trap Cards. If this monster is destroyed by the effect of a Spell or Monster Card, you can pay 800 Life Points to activate 1 of the following effects:

-Remove this monster from play. Destroy the attacking monster.

-Add this monster's ATK to 1 level 6 or lower monster you control until the End Phase.

Effect: This monster cannot be Advance Summoned except by releasing 1 Beast-Warrior-Type monster you control. This monster is unaffected by the effects of Spell and Trap Cards. If this monster attacks a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than this monster's ATK, your opponent loses Life Points equal to the difference. If this monster is destroyed by the effect of a Monster Card, it is removed from play.
