I'm going to be nice about it, because at least your trying more than two other people that didn't even do effect cards (not mentioning them). I would suggest using IMG tags for them, and the easier way is after your done making the card with the maker, click on the card, and it will upload it to imageshack. After its done uploading, it will give you a IMG tag with URL. I give a 7/10 because the left and middle is slightly blurry, but ok in terms of balance.

no actually it says if you cannot pay 1000 life points but it doesnt say you have to pay life points

I've been looking for some serious fail for a while. Surprisingly, this isn't that bad. Still bad enough to make it into "Now THIS is how you YCM," mind (if only because Lilamon is epic win), but for a first post, not bad at all.
