Effect:This card cannot be normal summoned or set, this card can only be special summoned while "Toon World" is on your side of the field. This card can be special summoned from your hand. When "Toon World" is destroyed destroy this card as well. If your opponent doesn't control a toon monster this card can attack your opponents Life Points directly. If your opponent controls a face up toon monster, you must select that as your attack target. Each time this card declares an attack and it is negated, this card gains 750 ATK.

Wow they are way overpowered 2500 if negated...!!???? try like 500 and attack maybe.... but yeah sorry needs improvement 5/10
