Decent pic.Some ocg errors, like, I think you're supposed say along the lines of: ...cannot be Special Summoned except by..." Actually, other than that, I think it's fine. People might diagree with me on this, but I'm thinking it's slightly on the underpowered side because it IS a nomi, and the summoning conditions requires the tribute of two tribute monsters. I don't think it's considerdably underpowered to the point where it needs fixing...but if maybe you were to push towards the upper end of balance, maybe utilize a feather duster effect as opposed to a heavy storm. And it is an end phase effect after all. Oh, speaking of end phase, I think that's an ocg error. I think it's better to refer to an end phase as opposed to merely saying the end of one's turn.
