Here is the card effect:

Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can roll a six-sided die. Then, activate the appriopiate effect:

●1: Show your entire hand to your opponent.

● 2: Your opponent shows thier entire hand to you.

● 3: Select and see 1 card in your opponent's hand.

● 4: Your opponent selects and sees 1 card in your hand.

● 5: Declare 1 card type (Spell, Trap or Monster), then your opponent shows every card of the declared type in thier hand.

● 6: Your opponent declares 1 card type (Spell, Trap or Monster), then you show every card of the declared type in your hand.

As others before me have said, you'll need a picture for your background. Reminds me of Dangerous Machine Type-6 a little bit. ^_^
