I think your lightning soldier is too overpowered...lower the damage your opponent takes due to the effect I think 200 would be enough and make the effect with +300 ATK for all thunder monsters EXCEPT this card.

Normally the ATK was at 2400 first, but on checking again, I made the ATK to 2200.

The "Lightning Soldier" is just like Summoned Skull with the effect to damage opponent's Life Points if destroyed 1 monster. I think he is okay. My next cards will be better I think. :)
