The card could use an effect, but I won't hold that against you since I have NO problems with Vanillas at all. Stats are balanced for its Level. If I were to give this card an effect, it would probably be something like this: "Penguin Solder" + Ansastu"This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase. When this card is destroyed by battle, return up to 2 Monster Cards on the field to their owner's hand. As it is right now, I would rate this a 9.5/10 ONLY because of the lack of effect.
