Phsychic: Gain 3000 Life-Points when you change this monster's Attribute to Phsychic.

Spellcaster: This monster can Attack your Opponent's Life-Points Directly, half the Damage inflicted to your Opponent.

OCG errors: instead of "counted" use "treated", and "discard your entire hand", face-up isn't caps and opponent isn't caps too.

You got it the wrong way around, you're supposed to make a Set ID and leave the circulation blank. >_<

 

Here's a wording fix:

 

 

This card is treated as a Normal Monster. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Send all cards in your hand except this card and 5 Spell or Trap Cards you control to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card in Attack Position. If either "Obelisk, the Tormentor" or "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" exists in your Graveyard, this card can attack your opponent directly. While you have 10 or more Spell or Trap Cards in your Graveyard, your opponent cannot activate any Spell or Trap cards.

 

I find the last sentence overpowered, 'd replace it with something less intense. The picture's a little blurry and should be blue to fit with the Obelisk theme. Not bad, you still have a lot of room for improvement though.
