2 hours is an amazing bump time.

Your card is overpowered because it has absolute effect immmunity, and an incredibly powerful field control effect. You can destroy all your opponent's monsters, and bring out your own too, doing either as you please. The ATK and DEF of 3500 mean that "Sapphira" is immune to most battles, as well (unless your opponent is stocking Sacred Beasts or "Dreadroot", which is unlikely).

So, she's immune to pretty much everything and she rules the field as far as stats go... sorry, she's overpowered.

Your card still has Field Control and Immunity with fine stats... "Stardust Dragon" kills itself with its effect use, meaning you lose the stat defense and the effect works only once per turn. Your card simply has Trap and Monster immunity with lvl 7 stats, and the ability to kill one card or summon one monster each turn... that's aggro, slight stall, and field control... so your card is overpowered.

Change that final effect of yours to a mandatory discard of 2 cards from the top of the deck, and say that if at least one of the cards discarded was a Monster Card, you may Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard whose lvl equals the combined level of the discarded cards (Spells and Traps are treated as lvl 1 monsters in that case) by paying 1000 Life Points... that would make it a lot more balanced.

Also, on the picture, crop out the text and the bottom-left, and also a bit of her feet and the throne tips. With that, this card will almost be TCG worthy! ^^

here is a little scenario

say oponent has 5 monsters and you barely meet the requirements for a synch summon.

first turn, synch summon destroy op monster get a beastick for yourself. destroy 2 more monsters for battle.

op turn, they play monster in def

second turn, use effect destroy def monster summon another beatstick destroy other monster by battle and two free atks.

op turn, they play a def monster

third turn, use efect, destroy def monster summon a beatstick. 4 direct beatstick atks.

from here on repeat steps 3 until victory is ensured and you recieve your oponents head on a silver platter.

way overpowered.

chose two as a pair(monster, spell/monster, trap/spell, trap/) and stick to that. even with the forced lp drain, if theres no way to destroy it, the duel could be over verry soon for the oponent as the equilibrium of monsters is thrown off balance. also make a limit to what you can summon.
