Lolimar
Card #1:Summoned, Tributing, WATER Attribute, Summoned. Card #2: Oceans Beast-Venom. In last sentence, I'm not sure what you mean but here are two correct ways of saying whatever you're trying to say. #1: When this card is successfully Summoned, it can attack twice during your Battle Phase. #2: When this card is successfully Summoned, it can attack twice during this turn. Anyways, cards are 7/10 EDIT: Oh yeah, where's your disclaimer?

Tabris
Ocean Beast - Venom: A steep summoning requirement to summon a monster 200 points shy of beating a Monarch - for a shot at attacking my opponent's LP directly? No thanks. Ocean Beast - Kaiser: So I have to do the above, waster precious cards, to get to a double-attacker? Again, no thanks. Serpents Island: Do ocean dwellers need land? Aside from that, I'd prefer Umiiruka.
N00B Hunter
You need spaces between your dashes (these things: "-"). If not, then you're saying your cards are some kind of Dragonic-animal and some sort of aquatic venom... The cards aren't very useful. Not only do they go against the main WATER tactic (field control, your cards are damage-based), they're also hard to summon. The last cards I saw that needed 3 tributes were "The Wicked" Monsters, and those guys are destructive forces of the unnatural, not wimpy 2300-point attackers... Finally, your Field Spell is like a water-style "Sogen". It's only useful in a Fish-Type and Sea Serpent-Type Deck, played against a FIRE Deck... FIRE strategy is rare in my experience, and this card doesn't really do much to hurt FIRE Monsters anway (their strategy is burn damage, which is usually uninfluenced by stat decreases). Study the cards before you make extensions of them. That's my tip. As for these guys, get rid of them and make some new cards, maybe some single-tribute monsters and some more efficient Spells and Traps.

Kale
OCG errors, but they are minor.. i think that a card that can attack your opponent's life points directly with 2400 atk is too overpowered. -.- i rate the bunch 7/10 -Kale
