I don't know if there was a small white dot in on the effect part of the card, but if there is, I'm sorry. [/align] You can Special Summon this card by Tributing 2 "Levia Dragon" monsters. Once per turn, you can discard 1 WATER monster to destroy 1 card on your opponent's field. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can decrease its Level by 1. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for the Synchro Summon of a Synchro Monster, send 1 "Umi" on your field to the Graveyard to destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field.
