If you notice, alot of the real cards have simple effects, and every once in a while there are those really complex ones. Well this one is simple, because I want the user to understand what it does. Actually that is from my experience, because I have gotten new cards where the effect I couldnt even understand. Sometimes I'd use it in the wrong way, why, because I didnt understand the effect.
