Once per turn, you can switch the Levels of two face-up monsters until the End Phase of your opponent's next turn. When this card is destroyed, you can Tribute 1 monster to Special Summon 1 LIGHT Warrior-Type monster from your Graveyard whose Level is equal to or lower than the Level of the Tributed monster. Lvl 8 already has Stardust, Colossal Fighter, Red Dragon Archfiend, Avenging Knight Parshath, and Thought Ruler Archfiend . Therefore lvl 9 is good.
