If one was to use this, it would force them to make sure they're top-decking most of the time in order to keep the LP up. And since the player doesn't want to take the damage, they won't always be able to use the cards that they want. Especially hand advantage-cards. The person who is using this would only slow themselves down (granted they are concerned about their LP). Good idea though, and for the most part, it is balanced. It's just that the effect could not be very good for the person using it.7/10 Oh and if you're just giving your thread stars, please stop and let others rate it. Thanks.
