I might be the only one to say this, but I don't think its overpowered.

If you look at it from a meta-game prospective, Life Points are quite very easy to wipe out. Even my Deck can waste away a player if I get 2 turns of direct attack or something. The picture and OCG is the only concern, I think something more interesting then clouds would of been ideal, and the effect can be rewritten. All in all, I think this is a good card, finally something for LP Maintain.
