Is This Card Too Overpowered or Something? It Is My First Card, and I Would Really Appreciate It If You Help Me Fix It If Necessary.

 

Edit: I Updated. Defense Might be a Bit High But Come On... He's Made of Metal for Crying Out Loud.

4000/8000 is hideously overpowered for a monster that only requires two tributes. Taking Metalsiver Armor's OCG would work well here:

As long as your control the monster equipped with this card, your opponent cannot use the effect of a Spell, Trap or Monster Card that targets 1 monster, except the equipped monster.

Could be:

As long as your control this monster, your opponent cannot use the effect of a Spell, Trap or Monster Card that targets 1 monster, except this monster.

Still overpowered. Try <3000 DEF. I already made my OCG suggestion, and I suggest you use the IMG tags, like so:
