Chaotic Glider Posted August 15, 2008 Report Share Posted August 15, 2008 [align=center]heres my New Card is just made :D, it has a new effect that it goes face-down and activates it's effect when face-up, but you have to pay LP, My 1st card is called{Arcanos, Alchemy Summoner}[/align] [/center]When this card is Tribute Summoned, pay 750 Life Points (this is not optional) and place this card face-down. When a Spell Card is activated place this card face-up and place 1 Mechanic Counter on this card. During the End Phase of the turn this card was flipped face-up place this card face-down. You can remove 3 Mechanic Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Machine-Type monster from your hand and place it face-down on your side of the field. When this card is destroyed flip the Special Summoned monster face-up and increase it's ATK by 300. N00B Hunter Posted August 16, 2008 Report Share Posted August 16, 2008 Two awesome, cool-looking, well-balanced cards... with almost no strategy implementation. "Arcanos" is Summoned and then sits face-down, waiting for a Special Summon from your opponent. If he's attacked, then he's useless. If your opponent only Normal Summons, he's useless. I really don't see much value in a card that you can play around easily enough. He's more of a distraction. "3.0.1" is also mostly fluff. I Tribute a good monster in my deck, play 3 Spells in 1 turn, and all to summon a lvl 4 or lower monster (that's probably "Card Trooper", if I've got him in my hand at the time -- since playing Machine-Type Decks is usually unsuccessful). The picture's great, I can say that you've got original ideas, but it just doesn't make sense what kind of deck this card would fit in... Make some cards of variety. Make some monsters that don't wait for a certain situation in order to activate.. make some multi-use cards.The pictures are great, and OCG makes sense, and the balance works, but what's the point of a card that will never meet any use?
