This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except from your hand by removing 5 DARK monsters from your Graveyard from play. During your Main Phase 2 you can discard 1 card from your hand to destroy all face-up monsters on the field (except this one). When this monster attacks, no Spell or Trap Cards can be activated until the end of the Damage Step. During the End Phase of every of your turns, you must Tribute 1 DARK monster you control. If you don't, this monster is destroyed.

Hmmm... by what? You need to remove 5 monsters, DARK ones from play, you can use his effect after attacking only, and if you do, he will be destroyed, bcs you would have no monsters to pay his maitenance...
