Its called Travian. Its a game where you pick to be 1 of 3 races. You start with a village that you have to build from the ground up. Mine resources, construct buildings and an army, join alliances, defend yourself from raiders and attackers, raid and attack others. It gets a little irritating when you start getting farmed by alliances, but if you have good diplomatic skills, or just know how to pay someone off, then you should be good.
