It should say something more along the lines of This card can only be equipped to Dragon-type monsters. Increase the ATK and DEF of the monster equipped with this card by 600. The lack of a background in the picture is the second-least of this card's problems. The complete lack of connection between the card's name/picture and its effect is also minor, especially since a lot of real cards have the same problem. The real problem is that this card's effect is completely unoriginal; it's like no thought whatsoever was put into it. Furthermore, it is unplayably underpowered. There is simply nothing good about this card that redeems it. If this card is worth a 7/10, I shudder to think of what a 5/10 must be like.
