1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

As long as this card remains face-up on the field FIRE and WATER monsters cannot be declared as an attack target by non-FIRE or WATER monsters. This card can only be Synchro Summoned with a FIRE or WATER Tuner Monster. This card can only be Special Summoned by Synchro Summon or by the effect of "Tuner Deliquescent". During each of your End Phases if you have 3000 or more Life Points and your opponent has 2900 or less Life Points reduce your Life Points by the amount of Life Points your opponent has. Once per turn by Tributing 2 WATER monsters and 1 FIRE monster add 1 Spell Card from your Deck to your hand, the Spell Card cannot be activated until your second End Phase after this effect was activated. Your opponent can discard 6 cards to switch control of this card.

Likey?

Hello Ultimate Ryan,

First Synchro? Nice, I'm probably not going to touch on Synchros myself, definitely not going to start until maybe my next set or something. Anyways... this card is... very off. It first start off as a WATER, and FIRE support. (Although stating in your introductory, you said this was help to Volcanics...how? I would really never see a realistic Deck flow with Volcanics, and an odd amount of WATER monsters, let alone you'll need more around for it to be summoned/effect.) Alright I suppose, but since I have no knowledge of its card counterpart that Special Summons it on the field, I'll ignore that part. Might be helpful, but this card is alone, and i will treat it as if it were. The Life Points effect is HORRIBLE. So your telling me, if you have 3k+ Life Points, you can lose up to 2900 Life Points? Its Tribute effect is not worth to cost. -3 monsters on the field, for a card you cannot activate for two turns. The very likely-ness that your opponent WILL EVER have 6 cards in their hand, would be kept safetly fastened in their hand, for I wouldn't even want something this bad on my field. Its pretty unrealistic, its not playable... Even myself, as a mass set creator, wouldn't find this fun to even RUN.

2/10.
