1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.

When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, change all monsters your opponent controls to Defense Position and reduce their DEF to 0. When a Defense Position monster your opponent controls is destroyed by battle, you can remove 3 monsters in your Graveyard from play to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard and have it gain 300 ATK during the End Phase.

 

Not a counterpart, but a follow-up to Mystical Knight of Jackal.

 

Note the similarities to 'Curse of Anubis'.

 

Like always, the effects work together.

Anyway, the ss from grave is just an added effects and works, just like Monster Reborn on a Synchro.

or some cyber orobouros [/spell check] to draw cards.

 

pretty nice synchro, and probably the only other level 9 besides mist worm. XD

 

i see nothing wrong, and the effect is creative, and you have perfect OCG.
