Mew 101
Never...EVER...make a Splice look like it has more than 2 faces, not even if it's based of a Mythical Creature with 2 or more. And never mix colors that won't match (Voltorb+Fire+Deoxys+Abipom)
Jappio
Darkrai + Rayquaza is like a lot of darkrai splices, boring. All people usually do is take the smoky head part, and recolor. I don't liked how the smoke is attached really. The shading also seems to have screwed up, but I can't say for sure, because you used such dark colors. This might just be my monitor though. After coloring it myself though, it does look like there may have been some shading issues. I have nothing more to say though, because the splice offers so little. The second one is interesting. I disagree with Mew101 on the multi-head issue. When the splice is suppose to look like a mythical creature is a great time to use it. Another good time to use it is when the base is multi-headed, like Doduo, Eggxectue, and others. Another good example of when multiple heads is an OK thing is in the creation of Fakemon. When trying to splice your own Fakemon, and the result is suppose to have multiple heads, its perfectly fine also. In your case though, none of these seem present. This still doesn't mean its wrong. You though did do it wrong. These extra heads of yours are different colors, different theme, and different textures. Now ignoring the random Voltorb, the splice is still kind of boring. Once again, only one feature taken, everything else is just color changing. You need to learn to take more than just one thing. The color choices aren't the best either, kind of clash, but not too much in my opinion.

Also, the name is Mew 101, not Mew101 :)
