Actually most of these cards is overpowered and it is in the wrong section as well, because these are Popular Video Games/Shows. And, what the hell. Also I was away from the Forum for like 4 - 6 months as well. Popular Culture Cards Thread is underneath Realistic Cards Thread. It's not that hard to miss. The only thing about this whole set that is okay, is the Name of the Set itself. Rise of the Exterminators. You could have 'at least' took your time on this set like everyone else has done, in making them balanced. You can at least, edit Mr. Burns level to Lv 12.
