This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand after you activate "Final Countdown" and have no cards on your side of the field. Negate the effect of "Final Countdown". This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for every turn that "Final Countdown" was activated. This card is not affected by Monster, Spell or Trap effects. Decrease the ATK and DEF of this card by 500 during your End Phase. When the ATK and DEF of this card reaches 0, destroy all cards on both players field and hands (including this card).
