well, suzumabatchi meens death in 2 steps. So this card implies that. Like how soi fon does it in the anime. She first jabs the enemy. Leaving a mark. She first increases her Defense. Then soi fon attacks again and wipes the enemy out. Thats also what suzumabatchi does. She Whipes out all lesser beings from her Defense. But the cost whipes her out aswell. But when a hero alls, a new arrives. In addition to the falling of soi fon, a monster corresponding to the amount of releases given by the effect of suzumabatchi, you may bring out a mounster equal to it. So say, 2 of your monsters were released, then hello LV 7 and above. But if only 1 was released, you could still bring out a LV 5 or 6 monster.

You can only release monsters from the field. RThere is no such thing as releasing from the deck graveyard or hand. I dont want an argument about this. I know its true, because im looking at the rules Right now.
