good card and a nice effect but i think you need to raise the ATK or DEF of the card and raise its star lev a bit

The effects do seem to be a tad too much considering the level of the card.

On the 1st: Is the effect permanent? Or is it just for as long as Kuros is on the field? (Mentioning that may help eliminate ambiguity)

 

On the 2nd: I think you might need to mention the "Select 1 monster" on this effect too, also in order to make things clearer.

 

Also, the two effects don't seem equal. Because for most instance (particularly against a High ATK monster) you would be likely to inflict damage than just decrease the target's ATK by 800. Remember, there is no assurance of an attack.

1st answer:no,the effect isn't permanent if either the card who had summoned the effect or the card afflicted by the effect is destroyed(that's why i didn't make it so strong,it should come along with a nice combo move.)

2nd answer:yes,i see that i was a bit wrong.i thought someone might understand that the 2nd effect will be placed on the monster you have chosen.i actually designed it so that the 2nd effect will be effectivily activated for later use(using premature burial to summon him back on the field,etc...)
