Superhero or Magic School? Will work once there's 'nough chars (5 student slots!)

I wanted to make a story that involves either a superhero/magic school....and I don't know which should it be. If the votes turn out to be magic, then it will involve Hogwarts. If its the other, it will involve this weird futuristic school...which I'll describe later. The school allows one to enter w/ or w/o powers, even letting students start w/basic ones via their machine. So which one should I do (you can provide chars!, 10 other char limit):

Year: 1

Powers: Can strech his arms extremely far, becomes stronger in water, and becomes bigger if hit by direct sun light while wet but it happens rarely. He basically has plant ability.

Appearance:

Bio: Extremely smart, smartest student at the school. Found out of his powers when he was 6, and easlily mastered them. He is an only child, and his parents died on 911. When they died, he decided to use his powers for the common good, not just his own needs. He is very quiet and serious.

Likes: People who treat him with respect, other heroes.

Dislikes: People who don't treat him with respect, villains and people smarter then him.

Superhero Name (if needed): "Inke"

Age: 16

Grade: Well, how many are there?

Powers: Tattoo control. He can manipulate and generate objects by removing the tattoos from his body and affixing them.

Appearance: Grey-white hair, wears tight-ish black tanktop, cargo pants, has many tribal-style tattoos on arms and back, and some on face.

Bio: Though he's a greyscale person, Rourke is always helpful to the newer students, going out of his way to making them feel at home. He's optimistic, and can find the good points of almost all situations. A middle-of-the-class student, Rourke would be near the top, but his laziness prevents that.

Likes: Spicy salmon, rice bowls, Peter Gabriel, new students who don't annoy him.

Dislikes: Coconut, excessive homework, rap/hip-hop, new students who annoy him.

Appearance:long black hair usually keeps in a ponytail she has brown eyes. she was tan bermade shorts and a t-shirit

Bio:She discovered her poweres when she was young and has be training ever since.

Likes:nice people, basketball, track, rock and roll music

Dislikes:people who think they r cool

Age: 15

Year: 1

House: N/a, came from another academy

Appearance: Short, messy pink hair; rose goggles with golden frame, tan shirt, has leather shoulder pad on left shoulder

Bio: As an exchange student from Betirma Academy, Allen decided to expand his curriculum by taking classes at the superhero high school. So far, people have treated him weirdly.

Likes: inventing things, studying people's weird behaviors, inventing stuff

Dislikes: people who force their beliefs on others

 

Name: Itnaum Skapadómur (F)

Age: 14

Year: 1

Powers: it's spastic...she can't control it (+hearing, +smell, +vision, +speed)

Appearance: black, long, messy hair; brown eyes; face is covered with some scars; wears black clothing; also has steel collar with a chain around her neck

Bio: Living on the streets for most of her childhood, Itnaum was elated when the school decided to take her in and give her a room to stay in. So far, she likes the teachers and her best friend, Krismorel. Little does she know of the dreaded secret that sleeps inside her.

Likes: her friends, the teachers, maintaining high grades, dueling (MTG or YGO) during lunch time

Dislikes: people who call her a monster for no substantial reason, the fact that her powers appear spastically, people who think lowly of her

 

Name: Krismorel Verraden (F)

Age: 14

Year: 1

Powers: FIRE!!

Appearance: ruffled sable and crimson hair (short, bang covers left eye), tends to wear modern goth clothing

Bio: Krismorel comes from a well-to-do family. When enrolled at the high school, she was at first quiet. Itnaum was reading a comic over her shoulder, and that's plainly how they met in a nutshell/

Likes: Itnaum, her friends

Dislikes: mean people, people that seem to differ in her beliefs

 

Name: Eanei Gewas (F)

Age: 17

Year: 3

Powers: some control over the weather and plants, can talk to animals

Appearance: long, blonde hair, wears glasses, green eyes, wears whatever she feels is nice for the day

Bio: Eanei lived away from her family due to certain issues, and many people insulted her just because she was different. Itnaum, however, didn't and decided to be her friend. Eanei has only a few close friends. Everyone else seems...intolerant.

Likes: nature, people who understand her

Dislikes: see Allen

Appearance: Hair is brown Shoulder length , He dresses up as a normal person but whenever he goes to battle mode his appearance changes into a Mage

Bio: One of the last Descendant of the Arch Mage's He lost half of his memories so he forgot about his past and the truth about the Arch Mage's Disappearance, He's a Happy go lucky clumsy character but when he gets into battle He can be scary

Likes: Playing Cards

Dislikes:Coffee

Powers: can hypnostise people, usually eats them afterwards.

Appearance: is a naga, dark red hair, green snake body, gold eyes, wears a long black leather jacket and a shirt.

Bio: any student that gets a detention, he eats. he can be nice if you don't anoy him.

Likes: eating

Dislikes: throwing up

It'd be awesome if you did both at once. Superheroes with magic? Balance them?

I'd prefer superheros... Magic's kinda meh, and Hogwarts has been done before.
