err. the efffect is confusing just say.

But the point of the card is that you can use its effect more than once, becuase you can place new monsters in the zone when the first one leaves the field.

you have a problem. when a monster occupies the zone, the cost would no longer de fullfilled, since it isn't an unnoccupied monster zone (for evidence see hero ring). I think it would work if you say "If that monster card zone becomes occupied, the following monster..." I might be wrong, but it is a good card. 7/10
