i believe that the attack restriction is well needed. if you are that worried about it, you could tribute the monster itself and attack with a multitude of other creatures... XD

 

i believe that the card is okay. actually, better than okay.

 

the concept isnt new, though it is redone nicely. ^_^

i hate 2 burst your bubble but the pic is overused...........but i like th effect..............though it needs to be a little more balanced on the ATK and DEF.try reducing the DEF by at least 600 points
