Pikachu!

Doesn't seem worthy of UR, IMO.

The way you're envisioning Pikachu, I would make it like so:

Pikachu(Super Rare)

Light-Attribute

2-Stars

Thunder-Type

ATK: 400

DEF: 700

Effect: This card can attack twice during the Battle Phase. This card can attack your opponent's life points directly. Once per turn, you can pay 1500 life points to destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. If this card is selected as the target of a monster attack, flip a coin. If heads negate the attack.

I'm not against fake types like most people are, but when your fake type is "Cute", and there is an existing type for what your pokemon is in the game...I mean, come on. And your effect doesn't very well describe Pikachu as a pokemon, I represented Pikachu's speed and agility, and its bursts of electricity.

Keep working at it.

That's overdoing it Corporal... I know Satoshi's (a.k.a. Ash's) Pikachu is THAT powerful but could you say so about the rest of the Pikachus that inhabit the Pokemon world? Plus, why let Pikachu attack directly if he can nuke every monster and then attack?

I assumed it was Ash's Pikachu as he gave it such a high rarity.

Whoops, I thought I took out the ability to attack directly.
