Need Help With This Trap Monster

I wanna make a new type of monster that also counts as a spell or trap, so it can always help if you draw it. It can either be a monster or a trap/spell.

 

But the problem is, im a bit stuck with the OCG. Can i have some help with it.

 

Example:

This card can be treated as a trap card. If you set this card as a trap put one "Trap" counter on it every time a monster is destroyed as a result of battle. When you activate this card as a trap, special summon this card in face up defence mode, then increase this card's defence by 400 points for every "Trap" counter on it.

 

Something doesnt seem quite right about that. Help anyone?

I think its effect should be this: You can play it as a continuous trap card and once during each of your standby phases you can put a trap counter on it. when it is destroyed as a continuous trap card, then you special summon it and it gains 400 DEF for every counter on it

no a trap monster is a trap card who has a effect like

 

After activation, Special Summon this card in Defense Position; it is treated as a Effect Monster Card (Zombie-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 1800/DEF 500) and is Special Summoned to your Monster Card Zone in Defense Position. When this card is destroyed by battle, the ATK of the monster that destroyed this card is inflicted as damage to your opponent's Life Points. (This card is also still treated as a Trap Card.)
