1. I have always thought that English Class sucks and most of the teachers will admit it. But its the DOE playing it safe as it is a review or something. But since it has always been second nature to me to understand much of what I read without thought it hasn't even bothered me too much.

 

2. Is there another term you can use? It might be called differently in Hawaii.

1. lol, english teachers are usually the most philosophical so I like mine, (ie: On my level of mentality as most are just wtf @ how I talk irl)....

 

2. Those yeah... They have been a pain, but all of my teachers up until this point have kept it varied enough. And I haven't ever gotten at home reading except for the mandatory 30min a day or something, which can be killed in school....

2. Those yeah... They have been a pain, but all of my teachers up until this point have kept it varied enough. And I haven't ever gotten at home reading except for the mandatory 30min a day or something, which can be killed in school....

 

1. I have a bunch of philanthropist soft-shell feminists; the typed that'd probably die instantly if you threw down a set of stairs.

 

2. My books suck, and the coursework actually makes me hate reading; it just shows redundancies in the stories, and how each book is exactly the same as another.

lol you put it that way, my books all these years have been crap.

I honestly don't remember the books I read through the years, but the writing style goes from scripts etc so thats why I considered it varies but theme has been the same.

 

Now I am going into British Literature and Arcane English... uuugh!

Johnny Got His Gun was one of 2 books that I liked reading in English Class from high school. The other one being Lord of the Flies. Everything else SUCKED.

At the Elementary/Middle School thing: When I began at Middle School, everything was different in teaching, it's like Elementary (Primary in England) School, everyone lies to us :?

Welcome to the internet, where sentence structure, grammar and Caps don't mean a thing.

 

It actually tells something about the effort you put into typing at that actually tells about what kind of person you are.

And, typing without capitalizing a thing make you look like a n00b.

 

Never had problems with English class. I actually love it. I got a nice teacher, and it's kinda the only class where I can talk English without somebody complaining: "We live in the Netherlands, we don't speak English" :|
