After all, we are suppose to be creative, And I'm sure there are some more random fusion cards anyway. Anyway, as for the card... With the OCG errors fixed... I have to say overpowered. I know Neo Daedelus' effect, and i know that Sea Serpents are a very weakly supported (if not the LEAST supported) cards. But a monster that powerful and only requires two monsters (that can be substituted!) seems a bit overpowered. And then there is the effect... Putting the effect simply, everything your opponent might have to stop it goes down thr drain, and you can use this effect every... single... turn... But that's just my opinion. I never would of thought fusing those guys together.Now as for the effect, maybe you should make the card you discard to activate it more specific.
