This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 2 LIGHT Monster on your field from play. When this card is successfully summoned, flip a coin. If it lands heads, this card can attack your opponent directly. If it lands tails, destroy 1 monster on your field. < Note: I am assuming it's effect only works upon summoning, since you made it vague when the effect is activated. None the less, Pic is overused and not that good, and the effect is OP and the card is excessfully unimaginative.
