Underpowered.

It starts with a disadvantage of requiring 3 Tributes to Special Summon, making it an instant -3, and the fact that those Tributes are highly specific - DARK Dragons - further reduces its playability. Now, relying on a die roll makes it inconsistent, which is another problem. Let's examine the effects:

[1] I don't know how you'd enforce the five-turn rule, but assuming that you could, I would probably just use the retrieved trap as discard fodder. If I want trap recursion, Mask of Darkness does this much better.

[2] Does nothing of importance.

[3] Seems like a decent effect, but what Level 4 or lower DARK Dragons would you be using?

[4] Backfires, giving a -1. The only bright side is that you then get to roll again.

[5] Offers a bit of hand customization, and lets you replace that trap from Effect 1 with something useful. Works with Dark World, but this card forces you to build your deck around DARK Dragons, so Dark World's DARK Fiends don't work here.

[6] The draw isn't even close to worth it, considering the investment required to summon this.

Out of the six possible effects, two work against you and only a couple are helpful - and not helpful enough to justify the three Tributes. Plus, it has no built-in protection, so it basically dies to removal very quickly. And at Level 10, it's not even Trade-In food.

In contrast, Plasma's summoning condition is significantly less annoying to satisfy, and its effect is infinitely better once it's on the field.
