Celluar Dragon Celluar Dragon *1999* Celluar Dragon *2002*Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. You need the Ritual Summon Spell Card "The Dragons Awakening" you also need monsters who equal or have a higher amount of Star Level. This monster cannot be destroyed by a result of battle, if this monster is battling with another monster that has higher DEF you can increase 2000 ATK to this monster.
